Sarangkheda temple theft: Donation box broken, CCTV DVR stolen

Sarangkheda,Nandurbar – A daring theft took place at the Wagheshwari Mata temple on Shahada-Dondai road in Sarangkheda, where thieves broke open the temple’s donation box and fled with cash. The criminals also stole the CCTV DVR, making it difficult to identify them. The temple is located near the main road and is very close to the local police station.

The Sarangkheda police immediately reached the spot after receiving the news of the robbery. Despite their efforts, including the involvement of a dog squad and forensic experts, no concrete evidence was found. By evening, the police had started registering a formal case.(Nandurbar news)
