New Delhi News: Adani Energy Solutions has posted a strong performance for the third quarter of FY25, reporting a 73% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit, which stood at ₹561.8 crore for the period ending December 31, 2024. This is a significant increase from ₹324.9 crore recorded in the same quarter last year.
The company’s total income surged by 24% to ₹6,000.39 crore, up from ₹4,824.42 crore in Q3 FY24, marking a robust growth trajectory. Revenue from operations also saw a 27.78% rise, amounting to ₹5,830.26 crore compared to ₹4,562.73 crore in the previous year.
Adani Energy’s EBITDA for the quarter grew by 39.2% to ₹2,215.7 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 36.5%, up from 33.5% in the same period last year. The company’s performance was boosted by a steady increase in both transmission and distribution business revenues.
Despite the strong year-on-year performance, the company’s profit saw a sequential decline of 17%, compared to ₹675 crore in Q2FY25. Revenue also dipped by 6% on a quarter-on-quarter basis, down from ₹6,184 crore in Q2.
Shares of Adani Energy Solutions were trading 0.77% higher at ₹808.95 per share on the NSE by late afternoon.
