BSNL launches new “Pay-One” plan with 10-month validity and free calling benefits

To provide relief to users frustrated by the rising prices of mobile recharge plans, state-run telecom major BSNL has introduced a new, cost-effective long-term plan. At ₹797, the plan will offer an effective validity of 10 months (300 days), reducing the hassle of monthly recharges for users.

This plan could be a game-changer for those facing increasing monthly recharge costs. It offers unlimited outgoing calls for the first 60 days and then 2GB of high-speed data per day for the same period. The plan also includes 100 free SMS per day for the first 60 days. After 60 days, data, calling and SMS services will be switched off, but the SIM will remain active, allowing users to recharge again for continuous service.

BSNL’s Rs 797 plan is especially beneficial for users who use their BSNL SIM as a secondary number, as it ensures long-term usage without frequent recharges. This decision is expected to provide much-needed convenience and savings to customers, especially after the price hikes by private telecom companies.
